Ordering Information
As a wholesale company, we require all customers to submit a tax-exempt number prior to receiving our catalog or placing orders. Customers should be prepared to provide documentation of their sales tax license upon request.
All orders require a $300 minimum for new orders and a $150 minimum when reordering. The items ordered must be in multiples of each item’s minimum requirement. If the minimum for an item is not ordered, it will automatically be adjusted to the next minimum amount.
Please be aware that if your backorder falls below $50 it may be cancelled without notification.

Shipping Information
To ensure a quick and easy checkout process, we pre-authorize a charge that includes your order total and a shipping estimate. The shipping price quoted upon checkout is 15% of the order total. Actual shipping costs are calculated when the order is processed and will not exceed the estimated 15%. Wholesale Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged international rates. Consumer orders are only shipped within the continental United States.
Generally, orders are shipped within 7-10 days, but you also have the option to select ship dates when placing your order.

Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled by contacting our customer service department via phone or email. If the order status has reached “Processing” it can no longer be cancelled. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any shipping errors or damage claims must be reported by calling our customer service department no more than 10 days from the date the product is received. Please retain all packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.
Return requests need to be authorized by calling our customer service department for an RA number prior to returning any product. Returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
